Meeting Minutes- October 18, 2001

MINUTES:
Patty Ingersoll led a meeting with everyone from the neighborhood who wished to attend. She had sent a notice to each individual household. The purpose was to elect the board of directors and officers. The unopposed consensus of the group was to allow 7 volunteers to divide the board memberships and officers duties among themselves. The bylaws were altered allowing 7 board members.

The officers are as follows:
Sarah Boyer President
Keith Winn Vice President
Kelly Remy Secretary
Linda Schoonmaker Treasurer
Laura Christian Webmaster

Non-officer board members:
Tina Wagner
Andy Myers

ACTIONS PLANNED BEFORE NEXT MEETING:
Linda Schoonmaker: meet with Patty Ingersoll about money.
Sarah Boyer: Call PSE regarding the power bill for the neighborhood.
Andy Meyers: Obtain a full home owners list from Patty Ingersoll.
All: Gather issues from neighbors.
